Industry-Leading Staffing Agency Now Backed by Global Powerhouse April 11, 2023 – Collegeville, PA – PeopleShare, a clerical and light industrial workforce solutions provider based in Collegeville, Pennsylvania announces its acquisition by PROMAN , a leading staffing firm for the light industrial and construction industries based in the Chicago suburb of Northbrook, Illinois , effective March 31, 2023. PeopleShare is PROMAN’s fourth acquisition since entering the U.S. staffing market in 2018. The strategic acquisition places PROMAN among the top 20 largest commercial staffing providers. The transaction expands PROMAN’s geographical footprint in the U.S. to 18 states with more than 100 branches, on-site locations, and virtual placements. In the United States, PROMAN employs 500 people at the corporate and field levels. PeopleShare has offices in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. PeopleShare co-founder Ryan Clark will assume the role of CEO, and co-founder, David Donald will retain ownership in the company and will be an Advisor to the executive teams at both PROMAN and PeopleShare. PeopleShare will continue to operate under its current brand, providing skilled workers for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire positions in the clerical and light industrial sectors.
